Every year, 400,000 children are diagnosed with cancer. Survival rates, however, depend largely on where they live:

In high-income countries, more than 80% survive.

In low- and middle-income countries, fewer than 30% survive ā often due to late or missed diagnosis and limited access to treatment.
 
ā”ļø The good news: most childhood cancers are curable with affordable medicines, surgery, and radiotherapy ā especially when detected early.

Persistent fever

Headaches

Bone pain
