Christmas Day Prayer
Lord God, on this holy morning we quiet our hearts before You with gratitude and wonder. As the psalm reminds us, “Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth” (Psalm 98:4), we lift our praise—not just with our voices, but with thankful lives.
Today we remember the night when heaven touched earth, when the angels proclaimed, “Glory to God in the highest” (Luke 2:14). Let that ancient song stir something familiar within us—a childlike joy, a steady hope, a deep peace we’ve known before.
As we gather, bless our homes with Your presence, our memories with grace, and our days ahead with quiet trust. May the light of Christ, born in humility, be born again in our hearts today.
