A Nigerian, Ademola Oke, has died after being found unresponsive at his workplace in the United Kingdom, marking the third reported case involving Nigerians dying suddenly in the country within April.

According to a fundraising appeal shared by a family friend, the 37-year-old left home on April 18 in good health and remained in contact with his wife during the day, with no signs of illness.
He was later discovered unresponsive by a colleague who arrived for a night shift at the service location. Emergency services were called immediately, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The family described the incident as sudden and devastating, noting that his wife, aged 31, has been left to care for their two young children, aged six and two.
A close associate, Adejonwo Odutola, who initiated a GoFundMe appeal, said the funds being raised will support funeral arrangements and help the family adjust financially following the loss.

He described the deceased as a devoted husband and father, stressing that the tragedy has left the family in emotional and financial distress. At the time of reporting, the campaign had raised £4,509 toward an £8,000 target.

The appeal also encouraged public support through donations or sharing, while the family continues to grieve.
The incident adds to growing concern following other recent sudden deaths involving Nigerians in the UK within the same month.
