The LND team in Abidjan to felicitate with Dr. Akinwumi Adasina on his 65th birthday anniversary. It was a short, simple but highly organized and successful ceremony. I believe about 8 serving and many more former governors were in attendance.
Captains of industries at home and abroad, ambassadors, international civil servants, etc. filled the huge auditorium to capacity. About 19 serving and former presidents and Prime Ministers from Africa, Asia, Europe and Arabia sent in their recorded goodwill speeches, including our own Presidents Obasanjo and GEJ, all recounting their personal experiences with Dr.Adesina, extolling his work ethics and virtues of intelligence, hardwork, commitment, honesty, integrity and the ability to achieve goals. Everyone agreed on one thing of him – Adesina is a solution provider! We are glad to be part of the ceremony.
LND members present were many, including Sen. Shekarau, Gen. MLA, Rt. Hon. Bio, Hon. Yar’adua, Rt. Hon. Jime, Alh. Dantata, Alh. Danjuma, Dr. Ardo, etc.
