Rabiu Kwankwaso, the 2023 presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has urged members of the Kwankwasiyya movement and his political supporters to remain steadfast and committed to their shared vision.

He made the call on Monday while hosting thousands of supporters and allies at his residence in Kano during the annual Sallah homage.

In a post shared on his verified X (formerly Twitter) account, Kwankwaso emphasised the importance of loyalty, unity, and active participation in sustaining the movement’s goals.

He appreciated the presence of key stakeholders at the event, including the Deputy Governor of Kano State, Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, as well as federal and state lawmakers.

Kwankwaso also acknowledged the contributions of party members and supporters, especially those working behind the scenes to promote the movement.

He said, “Special thanks go to all our party and movement stalwarts, as well as our committed social media supporters, for your relentless loyalty and tireless efforts in advancing our shared vision.”

The former governor described the gathering as a long-standing tradition of the Kwankwasiyya movement and praised the large turnout, noting that it reflected unity and dedication among members.

He also expressed gratitude to dignitaries who attended the event, including Peter Obi, Seyi Makinde, and Seriake Dickson, saying their presence added value to the occasion.
