No buy clause, it’s straight loan with Victor requesting a break clause in January if top European clubs want him.
Osimhen has also requested release clause at Napoli to be reduced from current €130m to €75m as a priority.
Napoli and Galatasaray already agreed on loan with €9/10m salary to be covered by the Turkish club.
