An 8-year-old genius boy named Chukwuemeka Nwuzor has wowed thousands of people worldwide with his exceptional ability to solve tough mathematics equations independently.
Chukwuemeka, a genius boy from Eastern Nigeria was seen in a viral video that was posted across social media platforms giving correct answers to different mathematical questions, including solving advanced formulas and numerical equations.
The video attracted the attention of everyone, including the wife of his State governor, Dr Nonye Soludo, who launched a search for him and invited him and his family to the government house.
When Chukwuemeka got to the Governor’s Lodge, Dr Soludo sat with the boy, his father, and his younger brother, and she brought a calculator close and asked him questions about formulas, equations, and structures, to which he answered all correctly.
“To test his talent, I brought a calculator close and asked him different mathematical questions, formulas, equations, and structures, and he answered all correctly,” Dr. Soludo said.
“This was why I resolved to sponsor the boy’s education from his present primary school class to any level of his choice and also build mentorship around him to help him reach his full potential,” she added.
Wowed by his exceptional abilities, the governor’s wife then announced that she would sponsor the boy’s education from his present primary class to any level of his choice. She added that she will build mentorship around him to help him reach his full potential.
“Chukwuemeka’s breed is rare among mankind, and he has incredible talent. I have pledged to give him all the support he needs to grow, starting from the scholarship to any level,” Dr. Soludo said.
The governor’s wife advised the parents not to put him under pressure by forcing him to skip classes due to his academic abilities but rather they should work with his own pace and encourage him.
