The National Convention Organising Committee (NCOC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has indefinitely extended the deadline for aspirants to submit their expression of interest and nomination forms for the party’s national elective convention, scheduled for November 15 and 16 in Ibadan, Oyo State.
In a statement issued in Abuja, Debo Ologunagba, the Secretary of the Publicity Sub-Committee, announced that the original deadline of September 26 has been postponed to allow for smoother arrangements. A new submission date will be communicated later, he added. The screening of aspirants, initially set for September 30, has also been rescheduled, with the new date to be announced in due course.
Ologunagba urged all aspirants to take note of the extension and comply accordingly as the party prepares for the convention.
