Justice Sulaiman Akanbi of the Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin has ordered the remand of three Indian nationals—Lalit Sarwat, Ravi Raghavendra, and Gagan Sarswat—alongside an Ilorin-based dispatch manager, Oniyide Samuel, in the custody of the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) over allegations of criminal breach of trust.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) confirmed that the suspects were arraigned on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, by its Ilorin Zonal Directorate. They face a two-count charge of conspiracy and criminal breach of trust, offences punishable under Sections 97 and 314 of the Penal Code.
The EFCC noted that the remand followed investigations into the alleged financial misconduct, with the suspects now in custody pending further proceedings.
