Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo, has congratulated President Bola Tinubu on his 74th birthday, praising his leadership style and commitment to Nigeria’s unity, peace, and development.
Soludo described the President as a bold and strategic leader, noting that history would remember him for taking tough but necessary decisions to stabilise the country’s economy.
He pointed to key reforms such as the removal of fuel subsidy and the unification of exchange rates, saying they have laid the foundation for a more transparent, resilient, and prosperous Nigeria.
According to the governor, true leadership is not about short-term popularity but about making difficult choices that secure the future. He added that the Renewed Hope Agenda is gradually steering the country away from fiscal instability towards sustainable growth.
Soludo also called on Nigerians to support the President as he addresses critical national challenges, including security, expressing confidence that the country will emerge stronger and more united under his leadership.
Meanwhile, President Tinubu revealed that he has donated all his salaries since assuming office in May 2023 to a welfare fund established to support members of the Nigerian Armed Forces and their families
