The ANOH Gas Project is strengthening Imo State’s position as an emerging hub for energy, industrial development and investment in Nigeria.
During the Renewed Hope National Media Tour, officials inspected the project, which is expected to supply the energy needed to power the Orashi Special Energy Free Trade Zone and attract new industries, boost exports and drive long-term economic growth across the South-East.
The project is also expected to increase the availability of natural gas for electricity generation and domestic cooking while reducing routine gas flaring and supporting Nigeria’s transition to a cleaner and more sustainable energy sector.
