The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Benue State, Benjamin Omale, has said the successful conduct of the party’s national convention shows that members are united and ready to move forward with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda.
In a statement issued on Sunday in Makurdi, Omale congratulated President Tinubu and the party’s National Working Committee, led by Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, for organising a smooth and peaceful convention in Abuja.

He also commended Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia, alongside other APC governors, for their roles in ensuring the success of the event, noting that their cooperation and coordination have strengthened the party ahead of future challenges.
Omale expressed confidence that the leadership that emerged from the convention would further stabilise and position the party strongly ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He added that the APC remains well-positioned to retain power at all levels, stating that both President Tinubu and Governor Alia have delivered enough to earn another term in office.
According to him, the convention was more than just a routine gathering, describing it as a clear reflection of unity, discipline, and shared purpose within the party.
Omale urged party members and stakeholders across the country to remain committed and continue working together to secure victory for the APC in the next general elections.
