#”Breaking: Massive One-Million-Man March Kicks Off in Abuja Amid #EndBadGovernance Protests (Video)”

HEADLINENEWS.NEWS corespondent gathered that Nigerians protesting against hunger and bad governance have hit roads in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, for a one-million-man march.

The protesters on Saturday morning were seen carrying banners and placards in Abuja in the 10th day of the nationwide protests.

Some placards read, “End Bad Governance in Nigeria,” “Nigerians are tired of bad leaders,”  “End hunger” and “Reverse fuel subsidy removal,” among others.

In preparation for today’s protest, our correspondent observed the heavy presence of security operatives around the Central Business District areas on Friday.

Also at Eagles Square, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of security agents stationed at the facility, a change from the past three days when there were no protests.

Nigerians have embarked on a 10-day nationwide peaceful hunger and hardship protest tagged #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria to express the pains the economic policies of President Tinubu have subjected to them.

The peaceful protest turned violent in many parts of the north prompting the police to clamp down some protesters and many fatalities were recorded.

While the President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu had addressed the citizens, it did not provide any help as many claimed the address was ’empty’.
