Music icon Diana Ross delivered a mesmerizing performance at the THISDAY 30th Anniversary Awards Night, held at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos. The legendary 80-year-old singer captivated the star-studded audience with a setlist of her greatest hits, reaffirming her status as a timeless force in the music industry.

A Night of Nostalgia and Elegance

Dressed in a dazzling red gown, Ross made a grand entrance, instantly commanding attention. She kicked off her performance with the classic anthem “I’m Coming Out”, igniting the audience’s excitement. The energy remained electric as she performed beloved hits like “More Today Than Yesterday”, “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”, “Upside Down”, and “Reach Out and Touch”.

Supported by two energetic backup dancers, Ross delivered a spirited 30-minute set that had the audience clapping and singing along throughout. As she wrapped up her performance with a song from her latest album, she bid farewell with a heartfelt promise: “See you next time. If you need me, call me.”
