US President Donald Trump has spoken out about the ongoing crisis within the British Royal Family, particularly the recent decision to strip Prince Andrew of his royal titles.
Last week, Prince Andrew was formally removed from all his royal titles and instructed to vacate his residence at Royal Lodge in Windsor. The decision, made by his brother King Charles, follows widespread criticism over Andrew’s past association with the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Although Andrew has denied all allegations, public pressure mounted for accountability, prompting action from the monarchy.

Speaking aboard Air Force One, President Trump commented on the development, calling it a “terrible thing.” According to GB News, he said, “It’s a terrible thing that’s happened to the family. That’s been a tragic situation and it’s too bad. I mean, I feel badly for the family.”
Trump, known for his admiration of the Royal Family, previously formed strong ties with the late Queen Elizabeth II and has developed a personal rapport with King Charles.
He was invited for a second state visit to the UK in September this year, where he expressed deep respect for the royal institution. When asked about the highlight of his visit, Trump responded, “I think being with King Charles, he is a wonderful guy. I got to know him very well. I knew him before but now I know him a lot better.”

It remains unclear whether President Trump and King Charles have privately discussed the issue involving Prince Andrew.
