##Full List Of Andrew’s ‘Astonishing’ Demands For New Sandringham Home Revealed By Insider

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is reportedly making a series of “extraordinary” demands ahead of his move to a new residence in Norfolk, following his eviction from Royal Lodge in Windsor. The former prince, who was stripped of his titles and honours due to his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, is expected to relocate to one of King Charles’ private properties on the Sandringham estate in the coming year.

While royal observers initially anticipated Andrew would leave Windsor early in the new year, insiders now claim the move is being delayed because of the former duke’s extensive requirements for his new home. Reports suggest he is issuing a list of demands and conditions that have sparked tension with the monarch.

Among the requests allegedly being made are a “substantial six- or seven-bedroom house on the Sandringham estate, staffed with a cook, gardener, housekeeper, driver, and police security.”

A source told Daily Beast’s Royalist, “Andrew has complied with what was asked of him and simply wants to be left in peace. He is giving up the lease on one of England’s finest homes and expects to be treated fairly.”

A former royal aide added that the situation was “always going to involve money.”
“Andrew is essentially being bought out of the lease, so he will negotiate over every detail of the arrangement,” the aide said.

The news comes as King Charles officially stripped Andrew of the prestigious Order of the Garter and Royal Victorian Order honours. Charles reportedly decided that Andrew’s titles should be “cancelled and annulled” and his name “removed” from the historic registers of these orders.

Andrew had previously been made a Knight Companion of the Most Noble Order of the Garter in 2006 and a Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order in 2011 by his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Earlier, Andrew was also stripped of his HRH title and his Duke of York designation was removed from the Roll of the Peerage due to “serious lapses of judgment.” Despite these sanctions, Andrew has consistently denied all allegations against him and maintains his position.
