Several state governors and political leaders across Nigeria have congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 74th birthday, praising his leadership and contributions to national development.
Among those who sent goodwill messages were Governors Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta), Biodun Oyebanji (Ekiti), Alex Otti (Abia), Peter Mbah (Enugu), Ademola Adeleke (Osun), Abba Yusuf (Kano), and Hyacinth Alia (Benue). They described the President as a courageous and selfless leader committed to the country’s progress.

Governor Oyebanji noted that Tinubu’s policies continue to drive development, describing him as a dedicated democrat who has devoted his life to public service. Similarly, Governor Adeleke praised the President’s inclusive leadership style, saying it cuts across political divides and promotes unity.
Governor Oborevwori commended Tinubu’s economic reforms, saying they have improved revenue for states and enabled more development projects. In the same vein, Governor Otti assured continued support for the President’s administration, urging him to remain focused on improving the lives of Nigerians.

Governor Mbah described Tinubu as a visionary leader whose journey reflects resilience and commitment to national growth, while Governor Yusuf highlighted his dedication to service and efforts to strengthen unity and stability across the country.
The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) also celebrated the President, describing him as a patriot whose leadership is driving reforms across key sectors of the economy. The party said his “Renewed Hope Agenda” is already producing meaningful results.
Other prominent figures and groups, including Afenifere leader Reuben Fasoranti and the Arewa Think Tank, also praised Tinubu’s leadership, urging Nigerians to remain patient with ongoing reforms and continue supporting the administration.
They emphasised that while challenges remain, the President’s policies are laying a foundation for long-term growth and national development.
