A Spiritually Uplifting Prayer for the Blessed Jumu’ah and the Last Friday of Ramadan
All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. We thank Him for granting us life, faith, and the immense blessing of witnessing another Jumu’ah within the sacred final days of Ramadan.
O Allah, this is the last Friday of this noble month, a moment filled with mercy, forgiveness, and acceptance. You have honored these final ten nights with immense spiritual significance. Grant us hearts that recognize their value and souls that strive sincerely for Your pleasure.
You remind us in the Qur’an:
وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ
“By the ten nights.”
— Surah Al-Fajr (89:2)
O Allah, make us among those who understand the greatness of these final days. Fill our hearts with humility, sincerity, and devotion. Do not allow us to leave this Ramadan except that our sins are forgiven, our prayers accepted, and our hearts renewed with faith.
You have said in Your Noble Book:
لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
“The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.”
— Surah Al-Qadr (97:3)
O Allah, grant us the blessing of witnessing Laylatul Qadr. Allow our prayers, supplications, charity, and remembrance during these nights to be accepted by You. Write us among those who are forgiven, those whose sins are erased, and those who are granted Your mercy.
O Allah, accept our fasting, our prayers, and our good deeds. Purify our hearts from pride, anger, envy, and hypocrisy. Strengthen our faith and make us steadfast upon Your path.
You have promised Your servants:
وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ادْعُونِي أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ
“And your Lord says: Call upon Me; I will respond to you.”
— Surah Ghafir (40:60)
So we call upon You today, on this blessed Jumu’ah. Forgive our shortcomings, overlook our mistakes, and shower us with Your boundless mercy.
O Allah, bless our families, protect our homes, and guide our children. Bring peace to our communities and unity to our hearts. Grant relief to those in hardship, healing to the sick, and mercy to those who have returned to You.
Our Lord, we humbly ask:
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
“Our Lord, accept from us. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.”
— Surah Al-Baqarah (2:127)
O Allah, allow us to benefit from the blessings of these final days and nights. Grant us long life in obedience to You so that we may witness many more Ramadans in good health, strong faith, and sincere devotion.
Do not make this Ramadan our last, but if it is written to be so, let it be a Ramadan in which You have forgiven us completely and admitted us among the righteous.
O Allah, grant us the honor of completing this month successfully and accepting all our deeds.
O Allah, You are Most Forgiving and You love forgiveness, so forgive us.
Ameen.

Prayer for the 24th Day of Ramadan and the Blessed Last Friday (Jumu’ah)
All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the worlds, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. On this blessed Friday in the final days of Ramadan, we raise our hands with humility and hope.
O Allah, You have allowed us to witness the sacred days of this noble month and the blessed gathering of Jumu’ah. Grant us hearts that remain mindful of You and tongues that constantly remember You.
Allah says in the Qur’an:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلَاةِ مِن يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَاسْعَوْا إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَذَرُوا الْبَيْعَ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
“O you who believe, when the call is made for prayer on the day of Jumu’ah, hasten to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you if you only knew.”
— Surah Al-Jumu’ah (62:9)
O Allah, make this Jumu’ah a day of forgiveness, mercy, and answered prayers. Cleanse our hearts from arrogance, envy, and hatred. Replace our worries with peace and our weaknesses with strength.
You promised in Your noble Book:
وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ادْعُونِي أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ
“And your Lord says: Call upon Me; I will respond to you.”
— Surah Ghafir (40:60)
O Allah, accept our fasting, our prayers, our charity, and our repentance. Do not let Ramadan leave us except that You have forgiven our sins and written our names among those saved from the Fire.
O Allah, grant us the blessing of Laylatul Qadr. Allow us to witness it with sincere worship and humble hearts. You have said:
“The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.”
— Surah Al-Qadr (97:3)
O Allah, forgive our parents, have mercy on those who have returned to You, grant healing to the sick, relief to those in hardship, and guidance to those who are lost.
Make us among those described in Your Book:
رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ
“Our Lord, do not let our hearts deviate after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from Yourself. Indeed, You are the Bestower.”

— Surah Aal-Imran (3:8)
O Allah, bless our homes with tranquility, our communities with unity, and our nation with peace and justice. Grant our leaders wisdom, integrity, and compassion to serve their people.
Accept from us our prayers and our fasting. Let this final stretch of Ramadan elevate our faith and draw us nearer to You.
“O Allah, You are Most Forgiving and You love forgiveness, so forgive us.”
May Allah accept our worship, forgive our shortcomings, and grant us the honor of completing Ramadan among the forgiven and the blessed.
