JUST IN: Peter Obi Holds Closed Door Meeting With Bala Mohammed in Bauchi (Photos)

The 2023 Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, held a closed-door meeting with the Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, at the Ramat House in Bauchi State on Thursday.

He was received at the airport by the Deputy Governor Mohammed Auwal Jatau around 10:00am on Thursday before proceeding to the Government House where he is holding a private meeting with Mohammed.

Although the details of their discussion remain unknown, the meeting has raised speculations about possible political collaboration.

Mohammed, who is the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Governors’ Forum, is expected to brief journalists alongside Obi after the meeting.

Peter Obi Arrives in Bauchi State

Peter Obi, the LP presidential candidate in the 2023 general election, arrived in Bauchi State around 10:00 AM today. He landed at Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport and was welcomed by the State Deputy Governor, Hon. Auwal Jatau.
