Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR, was born on July 28, 1960, in Isuofia, Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State. A man of exceptional intellect, he graduated with First-Class Honours in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he also earned his M.Sc and Ph.D, all with distinction.
Before entering politics, Soludo was globally celebrated as an economist and reformer.
