US based Nigerian rapper, Onome Onokohwomo better known by his stage name Yung6ix in a post on social media reveals why popular American rapper Rick Ross didn’t acknowledge Nigerian rappers when he came to Nigeria.

Recall In April, 2022 Rick Ross was in Lagos and #rickrossliveinlagos was one of the trending conversations on social media as he thrilled fans to amazing moment at his Lagos Concert.
However, one of the highlight of that particular period of time was due to the fact that Rick Ross came to Nigeria and he couldn’t acknowledge the rappers in the country.
However, Nigerian rappers that include, Ycee, M.I Abaga, among others complained over Rick Ross’s Lagos concert roster being devoid of the rappers.
Although Nigerian artistes that include, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Mayorkun, Buju, Rema among others performed at Rick Ross Live In Lagos Concert.
However, few months after, Yung6ix while reacting to why Rick Ross ignored Nigerian rappers at his concert bragged that it’s because he’s the only surviving Nigerian rapper and he is based in the United States of America, not Nigeria, noting that it may be so offensive to some colleagues but it doesn’t care.
