On March 4, 2025, the Renewed Hope Youth Engagement (RHYE) hosted an Iftar gathering with young stakeholders in Kaduna State, reinforcing its commitment to youth inclusion and national unity. Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, attended the event as the Special Guest of Honor, underscoring his ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between leadership and the younger generation.
The Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Dr. Sen. Uba Sani, was represented at the event by the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government Affairs, who delivered a message emphasizing the importance of unity, peace, and national cohesion across religious, ethnic, and regional lines.
The gathering, held at the Umar Musa Yar’Adua Hall in Kaduna, attracted top government officials, dignitaries, and youth support groups, creating a vibrant platform for dialogue and engagement.
Initiated by Barr. Seyi Tinubu, RHYE has emerged a nationwide youth movement fostering greater government accessibility and responsiveness. His initiatives have been widely praised for giving governance a more humane face and addressing longstanding disconnect between the country’s leadership and its youthful population.
During the event, Seyi Tinubu reaffirmed his dedication to empowering Nigerian youth through support, mentorship, and developmental opportunities, transcending social, economic, and ethnic divides. His generosity and commitment to national unity reflect his belief in inclusive governance and sustainable youth empowerment.
The Iftar served as another symbolic step in fostering dialogue and strengthening ties between government and young Nigerians, reinforcing a vision of collective progress and shared hope for the future.
