Tinubu mourns ex-Lagos AG’s mum Arthur-Worrey

President Bola Tinubu has mourned the death of Chief (Mrs.) Esther Olufunke Arthur-Worrey, mother of former Lagos State Attorney-General Fola Arthur-Worrey, who passed away on October 29 at age 98.

In a statement by his Special Adviser, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu described her as “a woman of grace, fortitude, and faith” who lived a life of service and moral integrity.

 

He praised her legacy of kindness, discipline, and devotion to family and community, noting that she raised accomplished children committed to the public good.

The President extended condolences to the Arthur-Worrey family and prayed for God’s comfort and eternal rest for the deceased.
