About the TY Danjuma MBA Scholarship
Established in 2011 by General TY Danjuma through the TY Danjuma Foundation, this scholarship was created to support African students admitted to top-tier global MBA programs. The Foundation, founded in 2008, is a philanthropic organization based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to improving the lives of underserved Nigerians. To date, the scholarship has supported 50 students from countries including Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Togo, Morocco, and Côte d’Ivoire.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2025 TY Danjuma MBA Scholarship, applicants must:
Be a citizen of any African country
Have been offered admission into an MBA program at one of the world’s top 10 business schools according to the Financial Times Global MBA Rankings

Scholarship Benefits
The scholarship provides partial financial support to help reduce the cost of an MBA program.
Funds are awarded before the recipient’s enrollment date.
