According to several reports, the abducted policemen, that were abducted by Boko haram terrorist left the police training institute and were not kidnapped.

According to the commissioner of police, 13 of the police that left the police training institute when Boko Haram terrorists’ invaded have returned. In his words

” He said the reports that several police were abducted was was an initial Situation report. But said 13 Mopols have so far returned to base with no life lost”.

This development raised many concerns, as Nigerians reacted to the “leaving of the police” at the police training institute as a form of running away from responsibilities, The police had been involve in so many lost, as unknown gunmen repeatedly targeted their stations, causing assault and running riots
