It was a quiet and reflective moment as President Bola Tinubu marked his 74th birthday with prayers for Nigeria and peace across the world.
The President described the occasion as a time for gratitude and deep reflection, acknowledging the economic difficulties currently facing the country. He noted that rising transport costs and other pressures are partly linked to the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, stressing the need for global peace and stability.

Tinubu also expressed appreciation to Nigerians and members of the international community for their prayers and goodwill messages.
Despite ongoing challenges, particularly in the power sector and the broader economy, the President remained optimistic about Nigeria’s future. He expressed confidence in the country’s resilience and ability to overcome its current struggles.
He further urged Nigerians to stay united and remain committed to building a stronger and more prosperous nation.
