#Zainab Haliyu Kila, The Girl Who Was Wrongly Accused Of Drug Trafficking By The Saudi’s Government, Joins Ndlea


Zainab  Habib Aliyu Kila was an undergraduate, when she was arrested by the Saudi’s government, and was awaiting a capital punishment for a crime she did not commi

She was arrested for  trafficking Tramadol by the Saudi’s anti drug trafficking agency

She was in prison for 124 days as she recounted that in her first week she could not believe she was in prison as she was not deprived of any fundamental right.

Her case which was tragic, sad, and pathetic gain momentum on social media and made its way to the Attorney General of federation, Abubakar Malami, who facilitated her quick release

Zainab whose luggage was changed ,and tagged in her name for a drug containing banned substance, tramadol was framed by a drug cartel

The cartel who framed Zainab, with the help of an official in the airport was later arrested  by the NDLEA officers,

She, however had promised not to trust anyone after a terrible experience that landed her in Saudi, but two after, the girl had turned over to become an officer of the  National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA)

According to a post on social media, Zainab Aliyu has now completed her training to become a Superintendent of Narcotics, a position she appreciated by giving thanks to Allah
