President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is currently in a closed-door meeting with governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The meeting is taking place inside the President’s office, with several governors already in attendance. Among those present are Babagana Zulum, Hope Uzodimma, Inuwa Yahaya, Hyacinth Alia, Biodun Oyebanji, Peter Mbah, and AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, among others.

Some governors who could not attend in person are being represented by their deputies.
As of the time of this report, the agenda of the meeting has not been made public. However, it comes less than 24 hours after the President held a similar engagement with Senate leaders, reportedly focused on concerns around the party’s internal consensus arrangements.
The outcome of the ongoing meeting is expected to shape key political decisions within the ruling party in the coming days.
