Victor Osimhen and his Galatasaray S.K. teammates have been formally received by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan following their successful league campaign in Turkey.

The Turkish champions were hosted at the Presidential Complex in Ankara after securing their 26th Süper Lig title, finishing ahead of rivals Fenerbahçe by three points. The visit was part of official celebrations honouring the club’s domestic triumph.
Osimhen played a key role in Galatasaray’s title-winning season, contributing 15 league goals and five assists in 22 matches. He also made a strong impact in European competition, adding goals and assists in the UEFA Champions League before the club’s exit at the round of 16.

During the reception, the entire squad was welcomed by the Turkish president in a formal ceremony, with club officials also presenting a team jersey as part of the visit.
The Turkish side’s success continues to build on their domestic dominance, with the club now aiming to make history by becoming the first team in Turkish football to win five consecutive league titles.

Osimhen, who has won multiple trophies since joining the club, continues to attract interest from top European sides, with reports linking him to clubs such as Chelsea, Barcelona, and Bayern Munich, although Galatasaray are reportedly keen to retain him.
