Bobrisky has weighed in on the controversy surrounding Egungun of Lagos after a leaked video surfaced over the weekend, showing him brushing his teeth during a video call. In the clip, Egungun, who was wearing shorts, inadvertently exposed his private parts, leading to backlash from fans and social media users.
The incident follows a revelation by Egungun’s wife, Pashotah, who shared that her husband had previously been targeted by blackmailers over private videos. She explained that a Snapchat user had screen-recorded a video intended only for her during a trip but accidentally posted it on his public story. Despite the controversy, Pashotah defended her husband and their marriage.
In response, Bobrisky, who has also faced criticism over leaked voice notes revealing personal information, expressed frustration with the growing trend of recording private calls without consent. He criticized the invasion of privacy and vowed to distance himself from people in Nigeria due to trust issues. Bobrisky also suggested that the release of the video was intended to damage Egungun’s marriage.
Addressing Pashotah, Bobrisky advised her to support her husband, stating, “Only a fool will leave his man for that nonsense.” He further wrote, “Just imagine, someone called you, and you screen-recorded him without his knowledge. Trust people at your own risk. I’m cutting off everyone in that country called Nigeria. As you have posted his videos, you want his wife to leave him?”
