Tobi Adegboyega, the founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church (SPAC Nation) and a Nigerian pastor based in the United Kingdom, has expressed confidence that his influence in Nigeria will surpass his current impact in the UK.
Adegboyega’s remarks follow a UK immigration tribunal’s decision to deport him over alleged involvement in a £1.87 million fraud case. He has, however, strongly denied the allegations, dismissing them as baseless and unsubstantiated.
“London Will Miss Me”
In an excerpt from an upcoming edition of the Off The Record podcast, Adegboyega reflected on his ministry’s success in the UK and Europe. Responding to questions about SPAC Nation’s controversies, he asserted:
- “We are the largest independent church in the UK and Europe right now.”
- “If I am in Nigeria, I will be 10 times bigger than this. If I am in Paris, I will be happier. It’s a holiday for me. London will miss me, so you better tell them we still need this guy—nobody else entertains like us.
Despite the legal challenges, Adegboyega remains optimistic about his future, particularly in Nigeria, where he believes his potential for growth and influence is unparalleled.
