*YOUR VICTORY CAME AT THE RIGHT TIME, GOV SOLUDO TO BOLA TINUBU*
The Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo has congratulated the president-elect, Sen. Ahmed Bola Tinubu on his victory in the last presidential election.
In his latest Press release, Gov Soludo said he was not surprised at Tinubu’s victory because he was the best among those that contested. Eulogizing Tinubu for the feat, he commended what he called his “statesmanship, qualification,n, and experience.”
Soludo requested him to be magnanimous in victory and to remember other parties such as APGA while forming the “Government of National Unity.”
Gov Soludo who insisted that Tinubu’s victory was apt and deserving, commended him for building bridges across the entire country, as well as showing the maturity to accommodate people of diverse religions and inclinations.
Soludo also congratulated Atiku, telling him that he had also done well, but reminded him that in any contest, a winner must emerge.
Soludo also made a special appeal to those that have gone to the court or contemplating doing so to have a re-think in the interest of “peace, stability,y, and progress.”
In conclusion, Soludo said that the trajectory of the election had confirmed his insistence that only two parties – APC and PDP – contested the election, describing other parties as those that were mischievously playing another game only political pundits like himself understood.
