3 KILLED, WEAPONS SEIZED AS TROOPS DISMANTLE THREE IPOB/ESN CAMPS IN ANAMBRA

Nigerian troops have dismantled three camps allegedly operated by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its armed wing, the Eastern Security Network (ESN), in Anambra State.

During the operation, troops reportedly killed three suspected members of the group, while several others were arrested.

Weapons and other military equipment were also recovered from the camps as security forces intensified operations against armed groups in the South-East.

The operation forms part of ongoing efforts by the Nigerian military to disrupt the activities of IPOB/ESN and restore security across communities in the region.

Authorities have continued to urge residents to provide security agencies with useful information that could help identify and dismantle criminal hideouts.
