Armed men suspected to be terrorists have launched an attack on Peter’s Foundation Secondary School in Doma Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, kidnapping an unknown number of students.
The incident occurred just hours after another disturbing attack in Niger State, where students and staff of St. Mary’s School, Papiri in Agwara LGA were taken by armed assailants.
Earlier reports from the Catholic Diocese of Kotangora confirmed that the Papiri attack happened between 1:00 am and 3:00 am, causing widespread fear among residents and school officials.
As at the time of filing this report, Nasarawa State authorities have not yet issued any official statement regarding the latest abduction.
