REQUEST FOR DONATION AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR DR. MOHAMMED MUSA ZANGO’S SENATORIAL ASPIRATION.
We write respectfully to solicit your valued support and generous contribution towards the political aspiration of Dr. Mohammed Musa Zango, who is seeking election into the 11th Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to represent Kano Central Senatorial District, In shaa Allah.
Dr. Mohammed Musa Zango is a distinguished senior healthcare administrator with over three decades of experience in health service delivery and strategic health systems management.
He served as Managing Director of NNPC Medical Services, the medical subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company, where his leadership contributed to the expansion and upgrading of medical facilities, including state-of-the-art health infrastructure in Abuja and other centres nationwide.
He is widely recognised for integrity, operational excellence, and humanitarian impact.
Beyond his professional career, Dr. Zango has consistently touched lives through philanthropic programmes and medical outreach initiatives, initially under the Fatah Zango Foundation. Kano Central, comprising 15 local government areas, has regrettably experienced limited dividends of democracy in recent years, prompting widespread calls from community leaders, youths, and stakeholders for dynamic, people-focused representation.
Dr. Zango has risen to this call.
To lay the critical foundation for the initial 2–3 month campaign phase, the organisation will implement the following programme pillars:
A. Constituency Needs Assessment Survey.
Qualitative and quantitative surveys using random sampling and opinion polling to identify priority needs, gaps, and community sensitivities across Kano Central.
B. Perception Management and Media Consultancy.
A structured communications programme to showcase Dr. Zango’s record, values, and grassroots engagement through interviews with community and youth leaders, and strategic outreach via major newspapers, radio, television, and digital platforms across Northern Nigeria.
C. Implementation of Grassroots Intervention Projects.
Immediate interventions informed by survey outcomes, ranging from borehole installations and solar support to primary healthcare centre upgrades, school repairs, micro-loans for traders and market women, and agricultural empowerment for farmers.
D. Strategy, Consultancy, Coordination and Programme Management.
A dedicated professional team will drive planning and delivery across all workstreams, including strategy consultancy, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, field implementation oversight, monitoring and evaluation, and governance/compliance support to ensure measurable impact.
E. Creative, Media Production and Campaign Visibility Materials.
Comprehensive branding and visibility support including graphics design, campaign flyers and posters, portfolio website development, promotional and documentary video production, professional coverage of projects and events, branded materials such as t-shirts, caps, billboards, community giveaways, and other campaign communication assets to strengthen outreach and credibility.
The estimated budget for these combined activities is approximately ₦885 million [ Eight hundred and eighty five million naira only] over a 2–3 month period, subject to programme scope and implementation priorities. The grassroots projects would take 80% of this.
