president bola ahmed tinubu has praised the minister of the federal capital territory, nyesom wike, for his achievements in the territory, noting that they have produced political benefits for the ruling all progressives congress.

the president’s remarks came after saturday’s elections in the six area councils of the fct, as well as by-elections in rivers and kano states. according to official results, the apc won the majority of the contested positions.

in a statement, tinubu congratulated the winners and commended all stakeholders involved in the electoral process, including electoral officials, security agencies, and voters, for ensuring a peaceful and credible exercise.
