Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has announced a free music concert set to hold in Osogbo, featuring his son, Adebayo Adeleke, popularly known as B-Red, alongside other artistes from within and outside the state.
The announcement comes at a time of rising political activity in Osun State, following early mobilisation efforts ahead of the 2026 governorship election, where parties are already strengthening their structures across the state.
In a post shared on his official X handle, Governor Adeleke said the concert is open to all residents, describing it as a celebration of music, unity, and youth engagement.

“Osun, this free Concert is for each and every one of you. I am delighted to have my son @B_RedHKN, his friends in the entertainment industry, and exciting upcoming musical acts from across Osun bringing the vibes home!” he wrote.
The event line-up includes several popular names in the Nigerian music scene such as Peruzzi, CDQ, May D, Shina Peters, Fido, and others, alongside emerging talents from the state.
A flyer shared by the governor also highlighted that the concert will be non-partisan, with Adeleke stressing that it is open to supporters of all political backgrounds.
“This Get Out to Vote Concert is for everyone in Osun State — Accord, ADC, APC, LP, PDP — no political divide, just pure Osun energy,” the statement added.
The concert is scheduled to take place at the Technical College Field in Osogbo on Friday, April 24, with free entry for residents.
Political observers say the event adds to the growing blend of entertainment and politics in the state as campaigns gradually take shape ahead of the 2026 election season.
