Lagos State is set to host the third edition of the Invest Lagos Summit, bringing together top government officials, business leaders, and global investors to explore opportunities for economic growth and development.

Among the confirmed speakers are Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy Taiwo Oyedele, Lagos International Financial Centre Co-Chair Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, and Moniepoint Group CEO Tosin Eniolorunda.
The two-day summit, which begins in Lagos, will focus on key areas such as positioning Lagos as Africa’s global gateway, advancing technology and innovation, unlocking investment opportunities, building future-ready cities, strengthening global partnerships, and promoting energy sustainability.

Organised by the Lagos State Government through the Ministry of Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade and Investment, the event aims to attract investment, promote trade, and strengthen Lagos’ position as a leading hub for innovation, infrastructure development, and economic partnerships in Africa.

Officials say the summit is designed to go beyond discussions and deliver practical outcomes that can drive investment inflows and support sustainable economic growth.
According to the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, the summit will showcase Lagos’ ongoing development in sectors such as transportation, energy, manufacturing, tourism, and technology, while also providing a platform for investors to engage directly with opportunities across the state.

The event will also feature investment presentations, exhibitions, networking sessions, a gala dinner, and guided visits to major infrastructure projects including the Dangote Refinery, Lagos Free Zone, Lagos Port, and other industrial sites.
