President Bola Tinubu has received the President of Madagascar, Colonel Michael Randrianirina, in an official audience.
Randrianirina, who assumed office in October 2025 following a military takeover, was sworn in shortly after a political crisis that led to the removal of former President Andry Rajoelina, who was accused of abandoning his duties during the unrest.
The meeting between both leaders is part of ongoing diplomatic engagements aimed at strengthening relations between Nigeria and Madagascar.
