Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Tinubu, attended the maiden National Retreat of the City Boy Movement on Monday, July 13, 2026, at the State House Banquet Hall in Abuja.
During the event, Seyi Tinubu, who is the patron of the pro-Tinubu group, was seen dancing as renowned Fuji musician King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (KWAM 1) entertained guests.
Also present at the gathering was popular socialite Cubana Chiefpriest, who serves as the City Boy Movement’s Imo State director.
The video from the event emerged at a time when public attention remains focused on the detention of content creator Ademola Abiodun, popularly known as DJ Chicken. Several Nigerians, including activist Omoyele Sowore, have continued to call for his release after he was remanded at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre over allegations of making threats against Seyi Tinubu.
As legal proceedings continue, supporters of DJ Chicken have urged authorities to either grant him bail or release him.
The video of Seyi Tinubu dancing at the retreat also generated mixed reactions across social media.
