In 2nd Timothy 4:3-4 we read: “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.”
In Isaiah 5:20 we read this stern warning: “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”
Friends, we have entered the time we are warned about in Timothy. Sadly many of today’s churches are more concerned about what pleases people than God. Soon these people may face the consequences from God turning them over to the lust and passions of their debased minds.
