Army Recovers 1,671 PVCs, Ballot Papers In Lagos Apartment

Personnel from the Nigerian Army’s 9 Brigade recovered 1,671 Permanent Voter Cards from an apartment in the Olodi-Apapa area of Lagos State on Wednesday.
