Former Anambra State Governor and Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, attended the inauguration of the campaign office of Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde in Abuja.
Obi joined other political figures and supporters at the event, which marked another step in preparations for Makinde’s political campaign.
The gathering brought together members and supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party, as political activities intensify ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Obi’s presence at the event has also drawn attention to the growing political engagements among opposition figures as parties and politicians position themselves ahead of the next election cycle.
