Donald Trump Jr., the eldest son of U.S. President Donald Trump, is set to marry Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson this weekend in a private ceremony on a small island in the Bahamas.
According to sources familiar with the arrangements, the wedding will be highly intimate, with fewer than 50 guests expected, including only close friends and immediate family members.
The guest list has reportedly been intentionally limited to maintain privacy and reduce public attention around the event.
U.S. President Donald Trump is not expected to attend the ceremony, although he indicated uncertainty when asked about it, saying he would “try and make it” despite a busy schedule involving international and political matters.
He also noted that the timing may not be ideal, referencing ongoing global and diplomatic issues.
Sources say the decision for a small, private event was made by the couple, with the aim of keeping details away from media coverage and ensuring a low-profile celebration.
Trump Jr. is expected to be joined by his siblings at the wedding.
The event marks his second marriage. He was previously married to Vanessa Trump, with whom he shares several children, before their divorce in 2018.
