#Exposed!: Ex -Gov. Bello Plans Protest in 10 States to Discredit Efcc

HEADLINENEWS.NEWS correspondent reported that the embattled former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello has been fingered to have put in motion orchestrated campaign of calumny against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, and its lesdership within the next one week.

An insider privy to the plan said the former governor will raise false alarm across the country just to discredit the commission and its lesdership.

The insider said a pointer to the series of planned attack against the financial crime commission was the “Cash and Carry” judgment, secured on Friday in Lokoja through an high court judge, who granted an ex-parte motion for the EFCC boss to appear in Lokoja for ‘contempt of court”.

He said the Friday judgment was hurriedly written in a strong female politicians house in Felele, Lokoja as the court never sat openly to entertain any case.

He urged Nigeria to query why the court order was dated Thursday 25th April and only released to the public very late on Friday, 26th April.

He said the judge was given money in a box starched with dollars, to hurriedly sign the exparte  motion; and was promised a price equals to his 3 years salary and pension, in case the NJC decides to sack him for such frivolous judgment.

He said afterward, the EX- Governor has commissioned his foot soldiers to plan protest in ten different states, where paid protesters will take to the street against the anti graft agency.

He said the EX- governor foot soldiers commissioned for the works are; Friday Makama, the state Commissioner for Information, Kingsley Fanwo, Former Speaker Kolawole Matthew, Former Chairman of Ijumu LGA, Taofiq Isah, Commissioner for Mineral Resources, Abubakar Gegu, one Special Adviser Oladele Nihi and two others from the Eastern senatorial district of the state.

He said Bello’s orchestrated plan was tantamount to corruption fighting back, as the EX- governor is under investigation for alleged corruption to the tune of N82billion.

He said Nigerians must see beyond the smokes screen and fumes of lies of the ex governor who has become uncomfortable arising from the heat of EFCC’s lawful activities.

He said Bello has chosen the path of highly corrupt people who always fight back to destabilize the commission’s and its lesdership.
