Commentary of the Qur’an (According to Sunnah) … contd
Narrated `Abdullah:
A (Jewish) Rabbi came to Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) and he said, “O Muhammad! We learn that Allah will put all the heavens on one finger, and the earths on one finger, and the trees on one finger, and the water and the dust on one finger, and all the other created beings on one finger. Then He will say, ‘I am the King.’ Thereupon the Prophet (ﷺ) smiled so that his pre-molar teeth became visible, and that was the confirmation of the Rabbi. Then Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) recited: ‘They made not a just estimate of Allah such as is due to Him. And on the Day of Resurrection the whole of the earth will be grasped by His Hand and the heavens will be rolled up in His Right Hand. Glorified is He, and High is He above all that they associate as partners with Him.’ (Surah az-Zumar ayah 67)
حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ جَاءَ حَبْرٌ مِنَ الأَحْبَارِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ، إِنَّا نَجِدُ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلُ السَّمَوَاتِ عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ وَالأَرَضِينَ عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ، وَالشَّجَرَ عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ، وَالْمَاءَ وَالثَّرَى عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ، وَسَائِرَ الْخَلاَئِقِ عَلَى إِصْبَعٍ، فَيَقُولُ أَنَا الْمَلِكُ. فَضَحِكَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَتَّى بَدَتْ نَوَاجِذُهُ تَصْدِيقًا لِقَوْلِ الْحَبْرِ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم {وَمَا قَدَرُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ وَالأَرْضُ جَمِيعًا قَبْضَتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَالسَّمَوَاتُ مَطْوِيَّاتٌ بِيَمِينِهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ}

NOTES 📝
1. al-Bukhari collected this hadith under the chapter heading of Allah’s Statement: “They made not a just estimate of Allah such as is due to Him…” Surah az-Zumar ayah 67. In a similar narration collected by Imam Muslim and Ahmad, Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “I heard the Messenger of Allah say: Allah will grasp the earth and roll up the heavens in His Right Hand, then He will say:”I am the King, where are the kings of the earth.””
2. This hadith contains some of the names and attributes of Allah Most High. It is sufficient to state that the People of Sunnah affirm for Allah His Names and Attributes as He has affirmed for Himself and as the Messenger (ﷺ) affirmed for Him in authentic ahadith, without negating them or explaining them away with metaphorical meanings. Additionally, the People of Sunnah never liken Allah’s Attributes to His creation.

3. There are invaluable lessons in this hadith emphasizing the greatness of Allah and the inherent insignificance of creatures in comparison. It stresses that associating others with Him diminishes the true value He deserves. Notably, the venerable religious knowledge in the Tawrah, upheld by Jews during the Messenger’s time, were neither denied nor distorted. The hadith shows the uniqueness of Allah’s kingdom and the exclusive disappearance of all other dominions. The hadith also acknowledges the acceptability of laughter within the bounds of good manners. Furthermore, it emphasizes the necessity of accepting the truth from any source like the scriptures of the Jews and establishes two names of Allah – al-Malik (The King) and Allah – encompassing attributes like Kingship and Divinity, along with the affirmed attribute of speech to Allah.

Other rewards, and other success are illusory, the best Reward and the best Success come from Allah. “There, the (only) protection comes From Allah, the True One. The Book of Visiting the Sick – Hadith No: 928
Abu Rafi` Aslam (May Allah be pleased with him), the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “He who washes a dead body and conceals what he notices of physical defects, he will be forgiven forty times.” [Al-Hakim].
عن أبي رافع أسلم مولي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:
من غسل ميتاً فكتم عليه ، غفر الله له أربعين مرة”
RUBBING SOCKS/TURBAN/HIJAB DURING ABLUTION
Islam allows a person who is doing Ablution to rub his or her socks. However, the following conditions apply:
1. It is the top of your socks that you rub, not the bottom. If you rub both the top and the bottom, it is also good. But rubbing only the top is enough.
2. You must have previously done Ablution before putting on your socks.
3. Your socks should not be too light such that water can easily penetrate it.
4. The length of your socks should be up to your ankles.
5. If your pair of socks has a tear, the tear should not be wide.
6. If you are a traveller, you can rub the same pair of socks for three consecutive days. A non-traveller can only rub his socks for one day.
RUBBING ON TURBAN OR HIJAB
If a person who is wearing a turban needs to renew his Ablution, he may not undo or unwrap his turban. He should rub water on his forelock (the beginning part of his hair) and then rub on his turban without removing it.
A woman who finds herself doing Ablution in a public place where it will be difficult for her to remove her Hijab can also rub her forelock and then run her hands gently on her Hijab. She can only do this if she is in a place where removing her Hijab becomes difficult.

Asslamu Alaikum Warahmatullah Wabarakatuh,
Ali narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said:
‘A slave (of Allah) shall not believe until he believes in four: The testimony of La Ilaha Illallah, and that I am the Messenger of Allah whom He sent with the Truth, and he believes in the death, and he believes in the Resurrection after death, and he believes in Al-Qadar.”
May Allah SWT help, guide, protect, bless, forgive us , our parents, our spouses , our children , our families , and all muslim ummah , give us long life & Prosperity, ease all our affairs, accept our daily prayers, give us good here and in the hereafter, have mercy on us, save us from Jahannam, be pleased with us and grant us Jannatul Firdaus, Amin.

BENEFITS OF SUJUDUSH SHUKUR.
Sujudush Shukr is like a treasure in this world and al ākhira. This information is worth gold, the benefits of doing Sajdatul Shukr. Most of us miss these benefits and we don’t know how much it’s worth.
When we do Sajdatul Shukr, Allah opens the hijaab between us and the Angels . He says to the Angels, look at my slave, he did his fardh and obeyed My teachings and he did Sujuud to thank Me for what I’ve blessed him with. Oh My Angels what should he get?
The Angels will reply, Ya Rabana give him Your mercy. Then Allah will ask again, and what else? The Angels will reply, Ya Rabana give him Your heaven.
Then Allah will ask again, and what else? The Angels will reply, Ya Rabana make his worries end.
Then Allah Taala will ask what else? Everytime Allah asks n what else, the Angels will reply, something good. Lastly the Angels will reply, Ya Rabana we have no knowledge.
Then Allah will say, ‘ I’ll thank him the way he thanked Me, I’ll give him My favour and show him My mercy’. What harm do we get if we do Sajdatul Shukr everyday?
It’s just a sajda and not a salaat. whenever you r blessed with any good or any harm being removed, You can do it with or without wudu’; facing alqibla or not.
But it’s best with wudu’ and facing the alqibla. During Sajdatul Shukr say what you say in the prostration during salat.
Do not let this chance get away from you. Pls share with all your contacts; everytime they do this sujda you’ll get reward (ajr). Even after you’ve died it’ll be sadaqatul jariya.
O Allah, make it sadaqatul jariya for me, my parents, my family, all those who’ll share it and all Muslims. Aameen.

Someone is dead & you are alive, someone is sick & you are healthy, someone is lost & you are guided, why then are you sad coz someone is rich & you are poor? why are you ungrateful?
May ALLAH, SUBHANAHU WATA’ALA, The Giver of perfect gifts, From Whom goodness and mercy flows, graciously protect us, favour us, guide us, bless us and our family Ameen. And list us all among the companions of Aljannatul firdaus.
