The President of the Nigeria Medical Association, Doctor Ojinmah Uche, has stated that there are two factor that makes Nigerian doctors to travel out of the country. According to him, the factors are push and pull factors. Doctor Ojinmah Uche noted that one of the push factors that makes the Nigerian doctors to leave Nigeria is the disparity between the money paid to doctors abroad and what they make in Nigeria.
