#Ogun Police Apprehend Seven Alleged Ritualists in Possession of Human Body Parts

The Ogun Police Command apprehended a seven-member gang involved in the illicit trade of human parts for rituals, with exhibits including a human heart and two kegs filled with human bodies recovered, according to Commissioner of Police Mr. Abiodun Olamutu.

The arrested individuals, namely Moses Abidemi, Oluwo Monday, Prophet Peter Akiwunmi Ifatosin, Jamiu Yusuf, Sheriff Agbai, and Osojieahen Alioneitoura, were implicated in the disappearance of Ms. Sulaiimon Adijat, who was reported missing after going on a date with Adebayo Azeez.

Initiating an investigation, the Anti-Kidnapping Unit discovered the suspects’ involvement in a money ritual known as ‘Oshole’ to generate N200 million within seven days.

Oluwo Monday charged Agbai and Alioneitouria N800,000 to prepare materials for the ritual, subsequently enlisting Peter to procure body parts from a young lady. Sheriff and Osojieahen collected the ritual money and returned to Edo State.

Trouble ensued when Osojieahen reported that the ritual failed to yield the expected sum, leading to a search in Moses’s shrine where human bones and female handbags were recovered on Feb. 3 and 10.

All suspects confessed to their roles, and the investigation is ongoing to apprehend other fleeing individuals involved in the crime.
