The Deputy Inspector-General of Police in charge of the South-West Geopolitical Zone and Information and Communication Technology (ICT), DIG Mustapha Adegoke Fayoade, has paid a strategic working visit to Ogun State as part of efforts to strengthen security operations in the region.
The visit was carried out on the directive of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu.
According to the police, the engagement was aimed at improving community policing, boosting operational effectiveness, strengthening collaboration among security agencies, and promoting the use of technology in modern policing across the South-West.
The visit also reinforces the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to enhancing public safety and improving coordinated security efforts through stronger partnerships and innovation.
