It was an honor and privilege for us to break fast with and spend the evening at the beautiful Abuja home of one of my dearest friends and brothers, Senator Bashir Lado and his beautiful wife.
Also present was my old friend Mr. Peter Igbinidion, the erstwhile MD of FAAN and one of the most successful and enterprising businessmen in our country, Her Excellency Ambassador Miriam Molares Palmero, the Cuban Ambassador to Nigeria and her amiable husband, Senator Mohammed Hassan of Yobe state and finally one of the greatest music stars of the 80’s and 90’s, Mr. Jeffrey Daniel of the American pop group Shalamar.
We had a wonderful time and much was discussed.
It is always a pleasure to visit Bashir and his family.
Thanks for having us and bringing back so many fond memories my brother.
